Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of LynxNova ("LynxNova," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and the services we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What LynxNova is

LynxNova is an online marketplace where certain users ("Sellers") can offer scripts, models, and other digital assets ("Listings") for other users ("Buyers") to buy. Listings are made by Sellers, not by us. We are not the creator or owner of any Listing.

2. Who can use LynxNova

You can create an account and buy items from age 13, as long as a parent or guardian knows about it and agrees. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should be involved in any purchase made through your account.

To sell on LynxNova, you need to set up a payout account through our payment processor. This is only available to people old enough to hold a financial account in their country, usually 18. If you are younger, a parent or guardian can handle the selling side of your account for you.

3. Your account

The information you give us when you sign up needs to be correct, and you should keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything that happens through your account. Contact us right away if you think someone else has got into it.

4. Setting up payments

To get paid as a Seller, you will need to set up a payout account through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe will ask you to verify your identity as part of this. This process is run by Stripe, not by us, and we do not control it.

If Stripe cannot verify your identity, or later blocks your access to its services, we may need to pause your ability to withdraw funds until it is sorted out. We are not responsible for any delay this causes.

5. Fees and payments

We take a percentage of each sale as a platform fee, currently 8%. We may change this fee in the future and will let you know if we do. Your share of a sale is held for a set number of days after the sale, to allow time for any refund request. After that, it is available for you to withdraw.

If you sell on LynxNova, working out and paying any tax on your earnings is your responsibility.

6. Your right to use the Service

We give you a limited, personal right to access and use LynxNova. You cannot copy, resell, or interfere with any part of the Service, or try to get around any of its security features.

7. Ownership

The LynxNova name, logo, design, and code belong to us. Using the Service does not give you any ownership over these.

8. Content you upload

You keep ownership of any Listing, image, review, or other content you upload to LynxNova ("Content"). By uploading it, you give us permission to host, display, and share it as part of running the Service. If a Buyer purchases your Listing, you also give them a licence to use it, as described in Section 11.

By uploading Content, you confirm it is your own work, or that you have permission to share it, and that it does not break anyone else's rights, contain harmful code, or break the law.

9. Rules for using LynxNova

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal
• upload content that breaks someone else's rights
• upload viruses, malware, or anything designed to cause harm
• pretend to be someone else, or lie about your identity or age
• try to get around any security feature of the Service
• get in the way of the Service working properly or other people using it

10. Copyright complaints

If you think a Listing breaks your copyright or other rights, tell us and include enough detail for us to look into it. We will investigate genuine complaints and may remove the Listing or suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.

11. Buying on LynxNova

Buying a Listing gives you a personal licence to use it in your own Roblox projects. It does not give you the right to resell it, claim it as your own work, or share it with others.

12. Reviewing listings

We review every Listing before it goes live, and we can decline or remove one at any time, including after it has been published, if it does not meet our standards. Where we can, we will explain why.

You can only list items you made yourself or have the right to sell. Listings cannot include stolen work, harmful code, or anything that breaks Roblox's own rules for developers.

13. Refunds

If a Listing is not as described or does not work properly, contact us and we will look into it. Refunds are not guaranteed in every case, especially once a file has already been downloaded and used, but we consider every request fairly. Approved refunds are taken from the Seller's pending balance where possible.

14. Disputes between users

If you have a disagreement with another user, we will help through the refund process described in Section 13. We are not responsible for solving every disagreement between Buyers and Sellers.

15. What we are responsible for

Listings are made by other users, not by us. We review them before they go live, but we cannot guarantee every item will work perfectly for every project. Use your own judgment, and test things before relying on them.

As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you for anything arising from your use of LynxNova is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. This does not affect anything the law says we cannot limit, such as liability for death or injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

16. If you break these terms

If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms, misused the Service, or broke someone else's rights, you agree to cover any reasonable costs this causes us, as far as the law allows.

17. Ending an account

You can close your account whenever you like. We can also suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will explain why where we can.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will try to let you know about any significant change. Using LynxNova after a change means you accept the new terms.

19. Other things to know

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and LynxNova about using the Service. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may pass on our rights and duties under these terms if LynxNova changes ownership, without affecting your rights as a user.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
